At Pentravel, we believe it is essential for our Travel Advisors to experience a product or destination first-hand. We employ people who love to travel and make no excuses about it, which is why we invest significantly in staff travel as part of our strategy of growing Travel Agents into Travel Experts. Although educational trips don’t happen every year, if you achieve an incentive, are invited on an educational trip, attend PenPalace or a conference or win one of our great travel awards, it is not impossible to travel three or four times in one year.
The Club is for our top achievers, Pentravel’s Best-of-the-Best who have shown outstanding results within the year. Some of our new Advisors achieve Club status in their second or third years with us, but it can take up to four years to reach this level. Once you have joined the Club, you will never want to leave. After a year of hard work, you’re rewarded with a holiday for you and your partner in a tropical destination or ski resort. Winners travel as a group with a manager who hosts them on this once-in-a-lifetime luxury holiday. The Club has been hosted in Phuket by Club Med, in Mauritius by Beachcomber, in the Maldives by LUX, in Greece by Insight Vacations, and most recently, in Val Thorens, France by Club Med.
Highclimbers is an individual incentive where Travel Advisors compete with no one other than themselves to grow their sales in the year. Our first Highclimbers went to Africa’s highest mountain, Kilimanjaro. These achievers took our flag to the top of the world and in so doing established Highclimbers as pioneers who are not afraid to challenge themselves, whether at work or on their adventurous travels. Since then, our Highclimbers have explored Machu Picchu in South America and the Grand Canyon in North America, The Pyramids of Egypt, the Great Wall of China and the Galapagos Islands in Ecuador!

With a network of shops based all over the country, we believe it is crucial to gather together often to get to know one another better and learn more about our business. Every staff member takes part in these fun get-togethers.
Our annual conferences include the Newiecruise (for newcomers), a Travel Advisor and a Travel Expert conference, a prestigious Elite gathering, and a serious think tank where our Managers get together to talk about our business.
